COLORADO LEADERSHIP

Governance

An elected board of directors oversees all phases of ARCS Foundation Colorado. At board meetings, the work and progress of the committees are discussed. Officers of the Colorado Board include president (or co-presidents), vice president, secretary, treasurer, and in some years, immediate past president/s or president-elect.

Committees include Annual Spring Gala, Communications, Finance, Fund Development, Membership, Nominating, Program, Planning, Scholar Relations, and University Relations. Our Scholar Recognition Luncheon, held in the fall, is hosted by our university partners.

The fiscal year is July 1 –June 30, with the Annual All Members' Meetings held twice a year. The year’s largest event is the Annual Spring Gala where the scholars present their Research Posters.  We also recognize our Honoree(s) of the Year.
